Structure That Matches How Working Adults Study
Most evening learners drop out because the course structure was designed for full-time students. Office hours at 14:00, live sessions on weekday afternoons, assessments due on Monday mornings.
Weightsmith's scheduling decisions — session times, channel staffing hours, assessment submission windows — are built around someone who is working until 18:00 and then opening a laptop.
Value
Fees Stated in Malaysian Ringgit, Including What's Included
Cold Start is RM 465 for eight weeks. Hot Work is RM 1,880 for sixteen weeks and includes GPU credits. Tempering is RM 4,070 for twenty-four weeks and includes cloud credits, a hosted demo page and alumni network access.
No item is priced separately after enrolment. The fee covers the cohort, the materials, the channel access, the assessments and what is listed as included for each track. Instalment arrangements for longer tracks can be discussed at the enquiry stage.
All fees include access to materials, cohort channel, assessments and the inclusions listed per track. GPU and cloud credits are included where stated.

Load Transparency Before Commitment
We know of no other provider in the Malaysian online AI education space that publishes weekly hour counts and assessment loads before enrolment. We do, because we believe a participant who understands what they are signing up for is more likely to complete it.
Cohort Caps That Protect Review Quality
We cap enrolment numbers to keep tutor-to-participant ratios within a range where code review is worth reading. A tutor who has reviewed 40 projects this week is not reading your code carefully. We would rather open a second cohort than degrade the first one.
Sequential Track Design
Cold Start, Hot Work and Tempering are designed as a sequence. The exit standard from Cold Start matches the entry standard for Hot Work. A participant who completes all three arrives at a capstone with the engineering background to build something worth showing.
Alumni Network That Is Actual Size
